Open Shop in Hamtramck: Commercial Real Estate Tour

BUILD Institute and Detroit Experience Factory are partnering on a series of commercial real estate tours to help you find the perfect neighborhood spot for your business. April’s commercial real estate tour will explore Hamtramck.
Tour Includes:
- Transportation to different stops throughout the neighborhood
- Information on the history and culture of the neighborhood
- Visit small businesses and hear from their owners
- Tour available commercial spaces and chat with landlords
- “How to Open a Business in Hamtramck” brochure along with more available commercial real estate listings
*This tour is sponsored by the Hamtramck Downtown Development Authority (DDA). The first two (2) businesses who sign a lease and move to Hamtramck will receive $100 to cover their Hamtramck Business Registration from the DDA.
