Herman Moore is a former first round pick and Pro Bowl wide receiver for the Detroit Lions, and holds several team records. After his playing career, his relationship with the city of Detroit remained strong. He serves on the board for the Ally Jolie Baldwin Foundation and, in that capacity, partnered with Henry Ford Health Systems, to create the Game On Cancer campaign to raise $15 million dollars for the fight against cancer.

Not only has he been active with Michigan charities, but he is also a member of the Michigan business community. Since retiring from football, Herman spent over ten years in the Information Technology (IT) industry, where he spent time working on Software Design, Concept Development, Web Content Management and Delivery solutions for the Sports, Entertainment and Business sectors. He has 12 years of experience in the Business Franchising Industry including new concept development, branding, sales, planning, operations, facilities, and budgeting.
